The king and queen bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, and the 3rd floor has two twin trundle beds that can sleep a total of 4 guests. The brand-new kitchen is well-appointed and brightly lit with full-sized appliances, including a flattop oven and dishwasher, making cleanup a breeze. You'll find all the usual small appliances you'd expect, including a blender and coffee maker. Seating for 6 around the large kitchen island and a table with benches for 4 in the nook between the living room seating area and the kitchen provide ample dining options. Each bedroom has its own Roku Smart TV, and the central heating and ultra-quiet air conditioners in every bedroom ensure a comfortable stay. The beds, furniture, and linens are all new, and the full bathroom is equipped with a large mirror, plenty of lighting, and a huge closet with ample storage space. The outdoor space features a large cushioned porch sofa, chairs, and coffee table, as well as a dining set for 6 on the side porch protected from the weather and including a ceiling fan. The living room has an oversized Roku Smart TV and fast WiFi, with cable and board games for entertainment options. For added convenience, there is a brand new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and a rechargeable vacuum mounted on the wall, with a starter amount of laundry pods, cleaning products, paper towels, and toilet paper provided. Our favorite spot in the unit is the heated 3-season enclosed porch, perfect for dining or relaxing while looking out the wrap-around windows facing the lake.
